Arbitration and Mediation

Members of chambers are frequently involved in arbitrations and mediations, as advocates, mediators and members of the panel. All members of chambers accept instructions as advocates in such matters. A number of members, silks and juniors, are also accredited mediators. The majority of cases mediated by members of 11 South Square barristers are in chambers’ core specialist areas.
