Computer Law and Technical Litigation

Many members of Chambers, because of their technical backgrounds, advise and act, in suitable cases, in a range of non-intellectual property disputes which have a technical or scientific content. An area in which members of Chambers have particular experience is disputes concerning computer systems.

Members of Chambers also act in a large number of contract disputes with technical elements such as telecommunications and cases classified as suitable for the Technology and Construction Court.
