Called to the Bar in 1990, Heather has built a strong practice specialising in all aspects of Intellectual Property and Information Technology law. A strong scientific background enables Heather to understand and deal with the most technical of matters.

In addition to her barrister’s practice of advisory and advocacy work, Heather is also an accredited mediator and is on the Specialist IP Panel at ADR Chambers. She has been instructed in mediations as both mediator and counsel.
