Members of chambers act in disputes relating to intellectual property rights of all kinds.  We also act in wider commercial disputes with a technical content or which have intellectual property as their subject matter. Increasingly members of chambers are involved in contractual disputes relating to agreements to license intellectual property rights or technical know-how.

We regularly appear as advocates before all levels of the English courts, the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union, arbitral tribunals, the European Patent Office and the UK Intellectual Property Office.
