Henry Carr QC
Henry Carr practices in all fields of intellectual property and information technology, with a particular concentration on patent and trade mark cases and computer contract litigation. He presents cases before the EPO and ECJ, as well as before the High Court, Technology and Construction Court, Court of Appeal and House of Lords. He has also appeared in judicial review cases and before the Data Protection and Copyright Tribunals.
