Called to the Bar in 1990, Heather has built a strong practice
specialising in all aspects of Intellectual Property and Information
Technology. A strong scientific background enables Heather
to comfortably deal with the most technical of matters.
In addition to her barrister’s practice of advisory
and advocacy work, Heather is an accredited mediator and is
on the Specialist IP Panel of Mediators at ADR Chambers.
