Pickard
Kathryn’s practice covers all areas of Intellectual
Property law as well as related fields such as contractual
disputes and breach of confidence.
Since becoming a tenant in May 2004 Kathryn has acted as
junior in a number of trials (including one which lasted for
99 days in the Chancery Division) and recently acted as sole
counsel in a two-day patent revocation action in the Intellectual
Property Office. Kathryn has appeared regularly on pre-trial
applications and has represented clients on appeals to the
Appointed Person, the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.
Kathryn has a scientific background and regularly advises
clients on both technical and non-technical matters.
