Saab Sea-eye Limited v Atlas Elektronic GmbH [2015] EWHC 3163 (Pat)

Patents Court trial concerning the alleged infringement and validity of two of Atlas’ Patents for underwater mine clearance equipment. Validity was attacked on the ground of anticipation and obviousness over various cited prior art and insufficiency. The Patents were held valid (one wholly and the other partially) and infringed.

Iain Purvis QC and Tom Alkin acted for the Defendants.
