Members of chambers are proud to assist in a wide range of initiatives which promote diversity in the profession. This includes the Bar Pro Bono unit, Advocate, and Pro Bono Connect on IP/IT matters. Members of chambers also participate in  the Chancery Bar CLIPS scheme which assists litigants in person in the Interim Applications Court in the Chancery Division.

11 South Square is also a signatory on the IP Inclusive Charter which has been established to promote equality, diversity and inclusion within the IP sector by an association of IP organisations. Michael Silverleaf KC has been a member of the IP Inclusive Management team since its inception and its chair since 2021.
